It's a nice, clean place in a good location, consistent with the photos. We only had a few details at the house, but they helped us quickly and kindly sort through all the details.

The place was great for our family on 9, we visited for my sisters volleyball tournament and this house was just what we needed. We felt right at home! I highly recommend.

We had a decent stay at Shawn's place, it easily fit two families of 4 as our base camp for skiing over the long weekend at Mt. Rose. The house is super clean, plenty of room, but some hiccups with the HVAC system day 1. The team was very responsive in sending someone out for the HVAC issue, but the HVAC issues was written off as a setting/schedule/vents closed issue which was definitely not the case. The first day was frosty with winter temps, but after an HVAC tech reset the system, it warmed normally the remainder of the stay. They did however attempt to charge us after the fact for the HVAC technician visit. Being familiar with HVAC systems, the system was displaying odd behavior of the AC compressor turning on during low, almost freezing temperatures, when it should have been heating(via furnace) instead of blasting cold air out of the vents. The tech also mentioned to our guest that settings could have been inadvertently tampered with remotely, causing system issues.

Loved the home for my family of 8 and I. It was so nice and very spacious, lots of amenities. We enjoyed our time here will definitely book again!

Stayed with my husband & a few family members for our cousin’s wedding. The house had plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean & comfortable. All the rooms & furnishings are really nice, modern, and beautiful. The cleaners & housekeeping staff do a great job! Something to note, the master bed is rock hard. If you love a firm mattress this place is for you! Unfortunately for me, it really hurt my back. My one frustration was with the property management company. (You will not communicate with Shawn.) The AC went out while we were there. The 1st few days the blower fan was extremely loud & rattled the house when the AC came on. Then it stopped working altogether. Pretty sure the fan burned out. I messaged the mgmt & told them the situation & that the AC would not come on. They said they would send a technician but no one ever came. I don’t think they took me seriously based on their responses. They communicate quickly but did nothing to help when it was needed.

It was me and my family's first time in Reno and this place made the trip worthwhile. It was very homey and comfortable.

The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Shawn went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Our family was comfortable from start to finish!
